Our McCloskey Tommel Screener blends soil in a tumbling process as the screen rotates.
A combination of high production rates, versatility, ease of use and unrivalled strength has ensured this screeners ability to producer quality topsoil. Our 512 trommel screener gives us the ability to screen and stockpile material with one machine. And with the option to utilize different drum designs and screens to process a huge variety of material such as topsoil, compost, sand & gravel, waste and wood chips, we have the ability to blend varieties of mixtures to meet the needs of the consumer.
The soil ingredients we blend for lawn and garden soil are proportionately pre batched and fed through the trommel for a loose, stone and debris free soil that goes on to a conveyer into a pile ready for delivery.
